When removing it to make way for your remodeled shower, instead of throwing all that glass and metal in the landfill, give Habitat for Humanity a call and they will arrange for a pickup. We will find you a safe place to store the enclosure while you are waiting for a pickup so just ask our installers to keep all the hardware and glass upon removal.
